- I have learned some effective healing techniques in my study with The Curanderos (Traditional Healers of Mexico and The Southwest) and through The University of New Mexico's Department for Traditional Medicine.
I grew up in New Mexico and Alaska and have been exposed to these kind of traditional healing techniques since I was a small girl.
It is my desire and calling to share this lifelong passion with my goddess sisterhood.
I am sharing the following two Curanderismo techniques with Atlanta Women's Goddess Circle in February. A free event, to which all goddesses are invited!
Laugh therapy - will be for all of us. We will laugh and laugh - then take away that joy and those techniques for recreating it by ourselves.
Shawl Alignment - during this healing service, we will pick one sister that will be swaddled in sheets for an intensive treatment that takes about 30 minutes overall. We will all take part in it in one way or another. It's a group effort - a technique I cannot perform alone actually.
I would like to invite any goddess in the Atlanta area to join our circle at my my private practice area here in Snellville for this meeting. I realize it may be a haul for some and I will help to coordinate getting people here if I need to.
It's just that this is the only place I know that I can bring this kind of energy authentically.
I have a forest and stream in my backyard that is critical to my Curanderismo and Shamanic Practice and I just don't think I can replicate this anywhere else.
So, if you're interested in attending this February's Goddess Circle Saturday event, it'll be at my place in Snellville. Please RSVP HERE for the exact address.
This is a free event.
Thank you goddesses.
I look forward to seeing you!
My studio here has plenty of room for all of us - so bring yourself and a friend - it will surely be spectacular!!
See you soon.
Much love,
Katy
