Something so awesome and profound happened to me yesterday that I literally jumped up, clicked my heels and high-fived someone in the middle of the street!
Believe it or not, I received a message and felt the presence of an angel in the streets of Decatur, GA on a Sunday afternoon.
I'm still reeling over what happened and wrapping my mind around this miraculous little event has been hard to do. The more I reflect on the situation, the more I continue to learn and grow excited about developing a relationship with this new spiritual being in my life - Archangel Ariel.
The facilitator of my meeting with this beautiful spirit Ariel, was Angel Card Reader, Dora Locklear. She is a Reiki Master, Angel Card Reader and has an uncanny ability to communicate with spirits and angels. I have received Reiki from her in the past, as well as had the opportunity to get to know her on a personal level, as well as through a goddess circle group to which we both belong. I have also worked with Dora and her Power Animals through my shamanic practice. Having had the opportunity to meet Dora's Spirit Guides, I can tell you - they all vouch for this as well: Dora Locklear communicates directly with Angels. :)
I don't want the fact that I am so emphatic about this, to make you think that this story is not coming from the bottom of my heart. It truly is and in no way is she compensating me for this review at all. I'm writing this solely because I believe she has an amazing gift. An undeniable and real gift.
Here are some reasons I believe that to be true...
1. She gave me diarrhea.
Ok, ok - I know that's totally not what you'd expect to be at the top of my list of things that prove why I believe Dora is so talented.
It's just true and it was amazing.
Now, trust me, when you can call someone giving you diarrhea amazing, you've got someone special there! :)
Let me explain...
When I first met Dora, it was for a Reiki treatment. She worked so much with the Reiki in my abdominal region, for reasons that were unknown to me at the time. She energetically cleansed that area and cleared some long time blockages for me that I had no idea existed. That was followed by the physical manifestation of the diarrhea. I know, gross right?! :)
I laughed about it at first, the fact that Dora was and would always be "the Reiki Master that gave me the runs." But, once the clearing really set in, I felt so much better and couldn't deny how effective that session had been for me. It still gives me the giggles thinking about it, but I'm just so glad I was exposed to her unique simultaneous mix of Reiki and working with spirits - it is so effective, diarrhea and all!
2. The reading she gave me yesterday answered my question immediately and directly. It was unbelievable!!!
I asked a simple question about work. I've recently made major changes regarding my career and wanted to know if that was the right decision.
I felt compelled to pull only 1 Angel Card, although all of the other readings I watched her do that day at our Goddess Circle Meeting were 3-card readings. For some reason though, I just knew that 1 card was going to do the trick. And boy did it ever!!

The card I pulled was The Prosperity Card - Archangel Ariel. The Arch Angel of Nature. I am a total Nature Child - there is no denying whatsoever that this card and this Angel were specifically meant for me and to answer my question!
I'm wondering if you, the reader, will really understand how very real this was or not. I hope so, because the hair on my arms is standing on end right now, just writing about it. It was very, very real.
3. There was 1 other clear sign for me that verified how real this reading from Dora was, and how very clearly Ariel presented herself.
That morning, as I was getting ready, I slipped on a big piece of costume jewelry - a giant golden flower ring. It was something I hadn't worn in over a year and would never ever have imagined that I would've put it on that morning. I mean, a big piece of clunky jewelry is not something I would ordinarily sport at a Goddess Gathering. But, I wore it, knowing it held some kind of meaning.

As I was driving towards the Yoga studio for our Goddess meeting, where I'd be seeing Dora, I was looking down at that giant ring as I was driving down the road. That was right when I spotted a flock of huge turkey vultures on the side of the road. Right as I was driving by them, one jumped up and flew right in front of my car. I missed hitting it by only an inch or so.
It startled me so much because that is an animal I associate strongly with Dora herself. I thought about her at that moment - just seconds after I'd been looking at that flower ring on my hand. Again, I knew that ring held a message for me.
Then, when I got to the meeting, there Dora was with a big ol' ring on her finger. In peacock colors of course - her favorite! :) I remarked about it and once again, noted in my head that my ring held a message for me.
Once we stepped outside of the meeting, Dora actually did my reading there in the street and then took a picture of me holding the Prosperity card. The ring on my finger...an almost identical match to the bowl of gold pictured on the card.
There were just too many signs and reasons for me not to believe that Dora serves as a channel for Spirit and communicates with Angels and Guides.
