Tropical Tres Leches Cake. An irresistible twist on this already decadent dessert.

Tropical Tres Leches Cake Recipe


1 box angel food cake, 1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple.  Stir together the mix and the pineapple with a spoon - do not add any other ingredients at all.

Bake in 9 x 13" greased/floured pan at 350 for 30 mins. 

After baked, when still warm, pour the following over the whole cake:
1 cup heavy cream, mixed with 1 (14oz) can of sweet & condensed milk and 1 can (12oz) evaporated milk. Soak 4 hours or overnight. 

Make a topping by whipping 1 cup heavy cream with 1 tablespoons powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons pineapple juice. Spread over cake, top generously with shredded coconut.
